🙋 Recommended for

  • Those who want to deliciously repurpose leftover galbi marinade instead of throwing it away.
  • Those who want an easy, no-fuss meat side dish using an air fryer without adjusting the heat.
  • Those who want a sweet, tender, and crispy bulgogi that kids love.

Ingredients needed 🛒2 servings

  • 300g bulgogi beef
  • 0.5 cup leftover LA galbi marinade

Recipe 🍳

  1. Place the bulgogi beef on a cutting board and finely chop it with a knife to tenderize the texture.
  2. Put the minced beef in a bowl and add an appropriate amount of leftover LA galbi marinade.
  3. Knead the meat with your hands until the marinade is evenly absorbed and the mixture becomes sticky.
  4. Spread the marinated meat thinly and evenly on an air fryer tray or专用 container, pressing it down flat.
  5. Set the air fryer to 190°C and cook the meat for 25 minutes.
  6. When the surface turns brown and crispy, remove from the air fryer, cut into bite-sized pieces, and serve.
  1. Finely chop the bulgogi beef, then mix with leftover galbi marinade.
  2. Spread the meat thinly on an air fryer tray.
  3. Cook at 190°C for 25 minutes until golden and crispy.

Cooking tips 💡

  • The galbi marinade is already rich with fruit juice and seasonings, so you don't need any extra ingredients — just beef and it tastes great.
  • If the layer is too thick, the outside may burn while the inside stays soggy. The key is to spread it as thin and flat as possible.
  • Depending on your appliance, it may overcook, so check the surface after 20 minutes.
