- 300g bulgogi beef
- 0.5 cup leftover LA galbi marinade
Recipe 🍳
- Place the bulgogi beef on a cutting board and finely chop it with a knife to tenderize the texture.
- Put the minced beef in a bowl and add an appropriate amount of leftover LA galbi marinade.
- Knead the meat with your hands until the marinade is evenly absorbed and the mixture becomes sticky.
- Spread the marinated meat thinly and evenly on an air fryer tray or专用 container, pressing it down flat.
- Set the air fryer to 190°C and cook the meat for 25 minutes.
- When the surface turns brown and crispy, remove from the air fryer, cut into bite-sized pieces, and serve.
- Finely chop the bulgogi beef, then mix with leftover galbi marinade.
