Cooking tips

  • For the base, blend 150g Digestive biscuits, 120g desiccated coconut, 30g walnuts, 50g almonds, 50g sugar, 0.1 tablespoon salt, 0.2 tablespoon vanilla extract, 1 egg, and 80g butter in a blender, then bake at 170°C for 15 minutes.
  • For the custard cream, cook 300ml milk, 3 eggs, 60g sugar, and 20g cornstarch until thickened.
