Ingredients needed 🛒2 servings

  • Egg whites: 60g
  • Cooking oil: 50ml
  • Starch: 3 tbsp
  • Beef: 300g
  • Minced garlic: 20g
  • Minced ginger: 8g
  • Water: 50ml
  • Soy sauce: 3 tbsp
  • Corn syrup: 2 tbsp
  • Sugar: 2 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Scallions
  • Sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds

Recipe 🍳

  1. Combine the ingredients below to make a batter, then add 300g of beef and marinate for 30 minutes. * Stir until the batter has the consistency of mayonnaise. 60g egg whites, 50ml cooking oil, 3 tbsp starch, 300g beef.
  2. After 30 minutes, add the beef to thoroughly heated cooking oil and fry.
  3. Once the beef is browned, drain it on a sieve. * Set aside 5 tablespoons of the oil used for frying to use for the sauce.
  4. In a separate pan, add the ingredients below and stir-fry. 20g minced garlic, 8g minced ginger.
  5. In another bowl, combine the ingredients below to make the sauce. 50ml water, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp corn syrup, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp oyster sauce. * Chicken stock can be substituted for oyster sauce.
  6. Pour the sauce into the pan, and once it starts to boil, add the fried beef and stir-fry until the water has completely evaporated.
  7. Finally, turn off the heat, add the ingredients below, and mix to complete! Scallions, sesame oil, sesame seeds.
