Ttukdak Hyung's Mala Yeol Ramen

A mala yeol ramen made by stir-frying or mixing yeol ramen, thinly sliced beef, and fish cake balls with a numbing mala seasoning for a spicy flavor.

  • Yeol Ramen: 1 pack
  • Store-bought Mala Sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Minced Garlic: 1/2 tbsp
  • Oyster Sauce: 1/2 tbsp
  • Thinly Sliced Beef: To taste
  • Store-bought Beef Bone Broth: 500ml
  • Water: 80ml
  • Napa Cabbage: 2 leaves
  • Grape Leaves: 3-4 leaves
  • Oyster Mushrooms: To taste
  • Fish Cake Balls: 5 pieces
  • Enoki Mushrooms: To taste

Recipe 🍳

  1. Add the ingredients below to a pan and stir-fry slowly over low heat.
  2. 1 tbsp Mala Sauce
  3. 1/2 tbsp Minced Garlic
  4. 1/2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  5. Yeol Ramen soup powder (powdered soup, flakes)
  6. Thinly sliced beef, to taste
  7. Once the beef is fully cooked, add 500ml of store-bought beef bone broth and 80ml of water.
  8. Chop the ingredients below into bite-sized pieces and add them.
  9. You can add ingredients according to your preference.
  10. 2-3 leaves of Napa Cabbage
