  • Onion: 200g
  • Green onion: 50g
  • Enoki mushroom: 150g
  • Bean sprouts: 400g
  • Perilla leaves: 30g
  • Pork belly (thinly sliced): 500g
  • Gochujang: 2 tablespoons
  • Store-bought mala sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
  • Cooking wine: 3 tablespoons
  • Gochugaru: 3 tablespoons
  • Sugar: 1 tablespoon
  • Minced garlic: 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper: 0.3 tablespoons
  • Cheongyang chili pepper: 10g
  • Sesame seeds

Recipe 🍳

  1. Layer the following ingredients in a pan: 200g onion, 50g green onion, 150g enoki mushroom, 400g bean sprouts, 30g perilla leaves, 500g thinly sliced pork belly.
  2. Mix the following ingredients to make the sauce: 2 tablespoons gochujang, 2 tablespoons store-bought mala sauce (if you dislike mala, you can add 1 more tablespoon of gochujang instead of mala sauce), 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 3 tablespoons cooking wine, 3 tablespoons gochugaru, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 0.3 tablespoons black pepper, 10g minced Cheongyang chili pepper.
  3. Pour the sauce over the thinly sliced pork belly and cook over low heat. Once the vegetables release water, increase the heat to high and continue cooking.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds to finish!
