  • Jell-O sticks: 10 pieces (170g)
  • Sugar: 1/2 tablespoon
  • Eggs: 2
  • Pancake mix: 2 cups (based on paper cup, 200g)
  • Milk: 1 cup (based on paper cup, 180ml)
  • Whipped cream: 250ml
  • Chocolate: 60g
  • Cocoa powder: 20g
  • Sugar: 20g
  • Fruit: To taste
  • Chocolate chips: To taste
  • Cocoa powder: To taste

Recipe 🍳

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the following ingredients and mix well with a whisk. 1) 10 Jell-O sticks (170g) 2) 1/2 tablespoon sugar 3) 2 eggs 4) 2 cups pancake mix (based on paper cup, 200g) 5) 1 cup milk (based on paper cup, 180ml).
  2. Thinly spread cooking oil on the inside of a microwave-safe glass bowl, pour in the chocolate cake batter, and microwave for 10 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine the following ingredients and make chocolate cream using an electric whisk. 1) 250ml whipped cream 2) 60g chocolate 3) 20g cocoa powder 4) 20g sugar.
  4. Spread the finished chocolate cream over the chocolate cake.
  5. Decorate with chocolate chips, fruit, etc., to your liking.
  6. Finally, sift cocoa powder over the top.
