  • Cooking oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Tofu: 1 block (500g)
  • Onion: 1/2
  • Spam: 1 can
  • Zucchini: 1
  • Eomuk (Fish cake): 3 sheets
  • Soy sauce: 6 tablespoons
  • Gochugaru (Red pepper flakes): 3 tablespoons
  • Mirin: 3 tablespoons
  • Sugar: 1 tablespoon
  • Anchovy sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Gochujang (Red pepper paste): 1 tablespoon
  • Minced garlic: 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper: 1/3 tablespoon
  • Water: 2 cups (based on paper cup, 360ml)
  • Green onion: 1 stalk
  • Cheongyang chili pepper: 2
  • Sesame oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame seeds: a little

Recipe 🍳

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan, then cut one block (500g) of tofu into bite-sized pieces and pan-fry until golden brown on both sides.
  2. Set aside the fried tofu. In the same pan, thinly slice 1/2 onion and spread it out.
  3. Cut 1 can of Spam, 1 zucchini, and 3 sheets of eomuk (fish cake) into pieces similar in size to the tofu.
  4. Layer the ingredients in the order of fried tofu - Spam - zucchini - eomuk, and then place them in the pot.
  5. Mix the following ingredients well to make the sauce, then pour it evenly over the top.
  6. Soy sauce: 6 tablespoons
  7. Gochugaru (Red pepper flakes): 3 tablespoons
  8. Mirin: 3 tablespoons
  9. Sugar: 1 tablespoon
  10. Anchovy sauce: 1 tablespoon
