• 2 tablespoons cooking oil
• 1 block tofu (500g)
• 1/2 onion
• 1 can Spam
• 1 zucchini
• 3 sheets Korean fish cake (eomuk)
• 6 tablespoons Jin-ganjang
• 3 tablespoons gochugaru
• 3 tablespoons cooking wine
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon fermented anchovy sauce
• 1 tablespoon gochujang
• 1 tablespoon minced garlic
• 1/3 tablespoon ground black pepper
• 2 cups water (paper cup standard, 360ml)
• 1 large green onion
• 2 cheongyang chili peppers
• 1 tablespoon sesame oil
• a little whole sesame seeds

Cooking tips 💡

• Add 2 cups of water (paper cup standard, 360ml) along with the seasoning sauce, cover with a lid, and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
• After 10 minutes, open the lid, thinly slice 1 large green onion and 2 cheongyang chili peppers and place them on top, then drizzle with 1 tablespoon sesame oil and sprinkle whole sesame seeds. Simmer for 5 more minutes.
