  • Crab stick

  • Pollack fillet: 300g
  • Squid: 100g
  • Shrimp: 50g
  • Frying powder: 100g
  • Egg: 1
  • Salted seasoning: 0.3 tbsp
  • Sugar: 0.3 tbsp
  • Pepper: 0.2 tbsp
  • Carrot: 15g
  • Chives: 10g
  • Cheongyang chili pepper: 10g
  • Scallion: 30g

Recipe 🍳

  1. Roll the kimbap. Use kimbap-sized seaweed, rice, egg garnish, ham, crab stick, braised burdock root, and pickled radish.
  2. In an electric mixer, add and mince the following ingredients: Pollack fillet 300g, squid 100g, shrimp 50g, frying powder 100g, 1 egg, salted seasoning 0.3 tbsp, sugar 0.3 tbsp, pepper 0.2 tbsp.
  3. Add and mix the following ingredients into the batter: Carrot 15g, chives 10g, Cheongyang chili pepper 10g, scallion 30g.
  4. Wrap the kimbap with the fish cake batter, then fry until golden brown to complete!
