  • Lettuce
  • Cucumber
  • Onion
  • Sweet corn
  • Seaweed flakes
  • Beef brisket
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  • Egg
  • Mayonnaise: 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds

Recipe 🍳

  1. In a bowl, combine the following ingredients: lettuce, cucumber, onion (soak in ice water to remove spiciness), sweet corn, brown rice, and the fried tofu for 2 servings from the fried tofu sushi kit, and seaweed flakes.
  2. In a pan, cook the following ingredients until golden brown, then transfer to a plate: beef brisket, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a pan, generously add olive oil and cook until the garlic turns golden brown, then transfer to a plate: olive oil and garlic.
  4. Fry an egg and place it on a plate.
  5. Mix the following ingredients to make the sauce: 4 tbsp olive oil (use the oil from cooking the garlic), the included vegetable mix from the fried tofu sushi kit, the included pickled radish from the fried tofu sushi kit, the included sesame oil from the fried tofu sushi kit, mayonnaise, and sesame seeds (use crushed sesame seeds).
  6. Pour the sauce over the Yubu Poke to complete the dish!
