Ingredients needed 🛒1 servings
- Water, as needed
- Chicken breast, 1 piece (100g)
- Tofu, 1/2 block
- Store-bought yubuchobap kit, 1 pack
Recipe 🍳
- Place one chicken breast piece and half a block of tofu in boiling water and blanch them thoroughly.
- Once the chicken breast is cooked all the way through, take it out and let it cool slightly.
- Tear the cooled chicken breast into thin, long strips along the grain, and place the blanched tofu in a bowl and mash it gently.
- Mix the mashed tofu and shredded chicken together, then add all of the seasoning sauce and fried flakes from the store-bought yubuchobap kit.
- Mix well so that the seasoning is evenly distributed to complete the yubuchobap filling.
- Gently squeeze the excess liquid from the seasoned yubu skins, then firmly stuff the prepared filling into the yubu pockets to finish.
- Blanch the chicken breast and tofu in boiling water until cooked.
- Tear the chicken breast along the grain, mash the tofu finely, and mix with the yubuchobap seasoning sauce.
- Fill the seasoned yubu skins tightly with the seasoned filling.
Cooking tips 💡
- Squeeze as much water as possible from the tofu when making the filling so that no liquid seeps out and the filling stays firm inside the yubu.
- If you have leftover yubu skins, you can cut them into thin strips with scissors and mix them with the remaining filling to eat.
