  • onion as needed
  • shrimp as needed
  • salt (a pinch)
  • egg as needed
  • mirin a little
  • oyster sauce as needed
  • pepper a little
  • green onion a little
  • crushed pepper a little
  • rice 1 bowl

Recipe 🍳

  1. Add butter to a pan and heat. Add sliced onion, shrimp, and a pinch of salt, and sauté until golden brown.
  2. While the ingredients are cooking, crack eggs into a bowl, add mirin, oyster sauce, pepper, and chopped green onion, and mix to make a smooth egg mixture.
  3. When the onion becomes translucent, gently pour the egg mixture evenly over the entire pan.
  4. Sprinkle crushed pepper evenly over the eggs, then gently stir until the eggs are soft and softly set (half-cooked).
  5. Place the finished moist egg-shrimp stir-fry on top of prepared rice.
