- shrimp as needed
- mozzarella cheese as needed
- green onion a little
- minced garlic 1 tablespoon
- oyster sauce a little
- seasoning salt a little
- pepper a little
- vegetable oil as needed

Recipe 🍳
- Add a little seasoning salt to 4 eggs and mix well to prepare the egg mixture.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add minced garlic and shrimp, and sauté until golden brown.
- Once the shrimp begin to cook, add a small amount of oyster sauce to lightly season.
- Pour the prepared egg mixture over the sautéed shrimp and stir gently to create a smooth scramble.
- When the eggs are just set and moist, generously top with mozzarella cheese and reduce heat to melt the cheese.
