- Button mushrooms: 300g

- Garlic: 30g

- Pepper: 0.5 spoon
- Butter: 70g
- White wine: 50ml
- Bread
- Beef
- Rice: 120g
- Water: 500ml
- Chicken stock: 1 spoon
- Cheese
- Parsley
- Cooking oil
- Egg
Recipe 🍳
- Chop the following ingredients by hand or with an electric chopper. Shiitake mushrooms 200g, button mushrooms 300g, oyster mushrooms 100g, onion 150g, garlic 30g, salt 0.5 spoon, pepper 0.5 spoon.
- Add the following ingredients to a pan and mix until thick to complete the Duesel! Butter 70g, minced mushrooms, white wine 50ml.
- Melt butter in a pan and toast the bread. Spread a generous amount of Duesel on the toasted bread and top with cooked beef. Butter, bread, Duesel, beef, salt, pepper.
- Add the following ingredients to a pan and boil. Duesel, rice 120g, water 500ml, chicken stock 1 spoon.
- Once the water has evaporated, sprinkle with cheese and parsley to complete the mushroom risotto! Cheese, parsley.
- Place Duesel on an egg and roll it up to complete the Duesel egg roll! Cooking oil, egg, Duesel.
