Ingredients needed 🛒1 servings
- 2 cups pancake mix
- 2 cups milk
- a little cooking oil (for coating)
- generous amount of Nutella jam
- 1 banana
- a few strawberries
- a handful of crispy cereal
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- chocolate syrup
Recipe 🍳
- In a bowl, combine 2 cups of pancake mix and 2 cups of milk in equal parts, and whisk gently until smooth and lump-free to make the batter.
- Strain the finished batter through a fine sieve once to remove any clumps and achieve a smooth texture.
- Lightly coat a frying pan with cooking oil, then use a paper towel to wipe away excess, leaving only a thin oil coating.
- Over low heat, pour an appropriate amount of batter into the pan, swirl the pan in a circular motion to spread it as thinly as possible, like a sheet of paper, and cook.
- When the bottom is cooked, carefully flip it to avoid tearing, briefly cook the other side, then remove and gently fold in half.
- Spread a thick, generous layer of Nutella jam on the surface of the folded crepe half.
- Top the jam with thinly sliced banana, tangy strawberries, and a crispy cereal garnish in order.
- Roll the crepe into a fan-shaped column, place it in a paper cup, then top the empty space with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup for a dazzling finish.
- Mix pancake mix and milk in a 1:1 ratio and strain through a sieve for a smooth batter.
- Coat a pan with a thin layer of oil, spread the batter thinly over low heat, cook both sides, then fold in half.
- Spread Nutella, top with banana, strawberries, and cereal, then fold like a fan and finish with ice cream and chocolate syrup.
Cooking tips 💡
- When cooking the crepe, if the pan temperature is too high, the batter will cook before it can spread thinly and become lumpy like rice cake. Be sure to cook over low heat, slowly rotating the pan to spread it out.
- Using a spatula or tool may tear the thin batter. When the edges lift, gently grab both ends with your fingertips and flip it lightly in a quick motion—this is the safest method.
