Recipe

Cut the convenience store sausage lengthwise into a cross shape, then finely chop into small pieces.
Put the hot steamed potatoes in a bowl and mash them gently with a spoon or masher until smooth.
Add the chopped sausage to the mashed potatoes and mix evenly with a spoon to form a dough.
Take an appropriate amount of dough and firmly shape it into a round, flat patty like a donggeurangttaeng.
Generously coat a pan with cooking oil and heat sufficiently, then place the formed potato patties in the pan.
Fry carefully until each side is golden brown and crispy, being careful not to burn the surface.
Arrange nicely on a plate and finish by drizzling ketchup in a zigzag pattern.

Finely chop the sausage and mash the steamed potatoes until smooth.
Mix the mashed potatoes and sausage, then shape into round, flat patties.
Pan-fry in oil until crispy on both sides, then serve with ketchup.

Even without breadcrumbs, if you generously oil the pan and fry like deep-frying, the potato surface becomes sufficiently crispy due to the starch.
