- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 cups chopped green onion
- 7 cloves whole garlic
- 1/4 head cabbage
- 1/2 onion
- 1/4 zucchini
- 5 cocktail shrimp
- 1 tbsp starch
- 3 tbsp water
- 1-2 Cheongyang peppers
- 200g pork
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 bunch enoki mushrooms
- 1 handful bok choy
- 2 bowls rice
- 2 eggs
- A little toasted sesame seeds
Recipe 🍳
- Marinate the pork with cooking wine and pepper for 20-30 minutes.
- Prepare green onions, garlic, cabbage, onion, zucchini, shrimp, bok choy, and starch water.
- Add cooking oil, green onions, pork, and garlic to a pan and stir-fry until the pork is cooked.
- Add cabbage and stir-fry, then add onion and zucchini.
- Add soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and sugar, stir-fry, then add oyster sauce and cook over high heat to develop flavor.
- Add shrimp, enoki mushrooms, bok choy, and starch water, and stir-fry quickly for 1 minute.
- Top the rice with a fried egg and mix with the Chinese-style sauce.
- Prepare the pork and vegetables.
- Stir-fry green onions, garlic, and pork.
- Add vegetables and spicy seasonings, stir-fry over high heat.
- Bind with starch water and serve over rice with an egg.
Cooking tips 💡
- Add the starch water at the end to prevent the sauce from becoming too thick.
- Adding Cheongyang peppers just before mixing will enhance their spicy aroma.
