  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 cups chopped green onion
  • 7 cloves whole garlic
  • 1/4 head cabbage
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/4 zucchini
  • 5 cocktail shrimp
  • 1 tbsp starch
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1-2 Cheongyang peppers
  • 200g pork
  • 1 tbsp cooking wine
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 bunch enoki mushrooms
  • 1 handful bok choy
  • 2 bowls rice
  • 2 eggs
  • A little toasted sesame seeds

Recipe 🍳

  1. Marinate the pork with cooking wine and pepper for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Prepare green onions, garlic, cabbage, onion, zucchini, shrimp, bok choy, and starch water.
  3. Add cooking oil, green onions, pork, and garlic to a pan and stir-fry until the pork is cooked.
  4. Add cabbage and stir-fry, then add onion and zucchini.
  5. Add soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and sugar, stir-fry, then add oyster sauce and cook over high heat to develop flavor.
  6. Add shrimp, enoki mushrooms, bok choy, and starch water, and stir-fry quickly for 1 minute.
  7. Top the rice with a fried egg and mix with the Chinese-style sauce.

  2. Stir-fry green onions, garlic, and pork.
  3. Add vegetables and spicy seasonings, stir-fry over high heat.
  4. Bind with starch water and serve over rice with an egg.

Cooking tips 💡

  • Add the starch water at the end to prevent the sauce from becoming too thick.
  • Adding Cheongyang peppers just before mixing will enhance their spicy aroma.
