- Chicken thigh meat: 600g
- Salt: 0.5 tbsp
- Pepper: 0.5 tbsp
- Potato starch: 5 tbsp
- Cooking oil: 20ml
- Butter: 40g
- Mushrooms: 400g
- Minced garlic: 1 tbsp
- Heavy cream: 180ml
- Parmesan cheese: 30g
- Crushed pepper: 0.5 tbsp
- Seasoned salt: 0.3 tbsp
- Pepper: 0.2 tbsp
- Scallions: 30g
Recipe 🍳
- Season 600g of chicken thigh meat on both sides by massaging in the following ingredients. 600g chicken thigh meat, 3 tbsp salt, pepper, and potato starch. Flip and repeat the same process. 2 tbsp salt, pepper, and starch powder.
- Add cooking oil to a pan and grill the chicken thigh meat until golden brown. 20ml cooking oil.
- Once the chicken is golden brown and cooked, set it aside temporarily. In the same pan used for the chicken, add the following ingredients and stir-fry. 40g butter, 400g mushrooms, 1 tbsp minced garlic.
- Once the mushrooms are cooked, add the following ingredients and bring to a simmer. 180ml heavy cream, 30g Parmesan cheese, 0.5 tbsp crushed pepper, 0.3 tbsp seasoned salt, 0.2 tbsp pepper.
- Turn off the heat, add 30g of scallions, and mix to complete the cream sauce! 30g scallions.
- Sprinkle the following ingredients over the chicken steak to complete the dish! Chicken steak, cream sauce, scallions.
- Prepare and measure all ingredients in advance.
- Cook the main ingredients in order, adding seasonings.
