  • Sweet pumpkin: 350g
  • Olive oil: 2 tbsp
  • Onion: 80g
  • Minced garlic: 1 tbsp
  • Milk: 180ml
  • Heavy cream: 180ml
  • Parmigiano Reggiano: 30g
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Beef for steak
  • Asparagus
  • Button mushrooms
  • Italian parsley

Recipe 🍳

  1. Remove the seeds from the sweet pumpkin, peel it, cover with plastic wrap, microwave for 8 minutes, then mash. 350g sweet pumpkin.
  2. Add the following ingredients to a pan and sauté. 2 tbsp olive oil, 80g onion, 1 tbsp minced garlic.
  3. When the onion becomes translucent, add the following ingredients and mix. 180ml milk, 180ml heavy cream, 30g Parmigiano Reggiano. *You can also use grated Parmesan cheese. Mashed sweet pumpkin, salt, pepper.
  4. Add the cooked sweet pumpkin to a blender and blend.
  5. Season the beef steak on both sides with salt and pepper, then bake in a 90-degree air fryer for 1 hour. Beef for steak, salt, pepper.
  6. After 1 hour, sear the surface of the steak until golden brown.
  7. Add the following ingredients to the pan used for searing the steak and cook. Asparagus, button mushrooms.
