- Dinner rolls, as needed
- Sweet corn, 1 cup
- Mayonnaise, generously
- Sugar, to taste
- Dried parsley, a pinch
- Mozzarella cheese, to taste
- Seasoned salt, a pinch
- Egg yolk
Recipe 🍳
- Using your finger or a spoon, hollow out the top center of a dinner roll to make a deep bowl-shaped space.
- In a bowl, combine drained sweet corn, mayonnaise, sugar, parsley, mozzarella cheese, and seasoned salt. Mix well to make corn cheese.
- Firmly pack the prepared corn cheese into the hollowed-out space in the dinner roll using a spoon.
- Carefully place one egg yolk in the center of the filled corn cheese.
- Place in an air fryer preheated to 180°C (350°F) and cook for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the yolk is semi-soft set. Remove and serve.

- Mix corn, mayonnaise, sugar, cheese, and seasoned salt to make corn cheese, then fill the bread generously.
- Place one egg yolk on top of the cheese and bake in an air fryer at 180°C for 10 minutes.

- Don't discard the leftover bread crumbs from hollowing out the rolls; spread with strawberry jam or sauté in butter to use as croutons.
