Recipe 🍳

  1. Using your finger or a spoon, hollow out the top center of a dinner roll to make a deep bowl-shaped space.
  2. In a bowl, combine drained sweet corn, mayonnaise, sugar, parsley, mozzarella cheese, and seasoned salt. Mix well to make corn cheese.
  3. Firmly pack the prepared corn cheese into the hollowed-out space in the dinner roll using a spoon.
  4. Carefully place one egg yolk in the center of the filled corn cheese.
  5. Place in an air fryer preheated to 180°C (350°F) and cook for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the yolk is semi-soft set. Remove and serve.
