Recipe 🍳
- Prepare by roughly chopping green onion, onion, and canned ham into small pieces, like for fried rice.
- In a deep microwave-safe bowl, crack 2 eggs, add a pinch of salt and a little pepper, and whisk well with a spoon.
- To the beaten eggs, add the chopped onion, green onion, and ham (1-2 tablespoons each), 1 bowl of instant rice, and 1 tablespoon of water to provide moisture.
- Add 1/2 tablespoon of jin soy sauce, then mix everything together until the egg mixture, rice, and vegetables are evenly combined.
- Cover the bowl loosely with plastic wrap, leaving a small gap at the edge for steam to escape, and microwave for 3 minutes to cook the eggs.
- Carefully remove the bowl, take off the plastic wrap, and top the rice with 1 slice of cheese and a generous amount of mozzarella cheese, then sprinkle with parsley powder.
- Cover loosely with plastic wrap again and microwave for an additional 1-2 minutes until the cheese is completely melted and appetizing, then serve.
