- Bay leaves: 3 leaves

- Cabbage: 1/8 head
- Onion: 1/2
- Boiled boneless chicken feet: 500g
- Shrimp: 200g
- Roasted beef intestines: 500g
- Roasted beef large intestines: 200g
- Store-bought beef bone broth: 500ml
- Gochugaru (red pepper flakes): 6 spoonfuls
- Soy sauce: 3 spoonfuls
- Fish sauce: 2 spoonfuls
- Sugar: 2 spoonfuls
- Minced garlic: 1 large spoonful
- Gochujang (red pepper paste): 1 spoonful
- Beef Dashida (MSG seasoning): 1/2 spoonful
- Black pepper: 1/2 spoonful
- Green onion: 1 stalk
- Cheongyang chili peppers: 3
- Enoki mushrooms: to taste
- Perilla leaves: 5 leaves
- Soaked glass noodles: a handful
Recipe 🍳
- Fill a pot 2/3 full with water and add the ingredients below to boil.
- Doenjang: 1 large spoonful
- Bay leaves: 3 leaves
- Whole peppercorns: 1 spoonful
- Once the water starts boiling, boil the ingredients below for the specified time.
- Boneless chicken feet: 500g (15 minutes)
- Beef intestines: 500g (40 minutes)
- Beef large intestines: 200g (40 minutes)
- After boiling, drain the beef intestines and large intestines as much as possible, then pan-fry them until golden brown on the outside.
- Leave about 3 spoonfuls of oil from the roasted beef intestines and large intestines, then add the ingredients below in order and bring to a rolling boil over high heat.
- Fill a pot 2/3 full with water and add the ingredients below to boil.
