  • Store-bought beef bone broth: 500ml
  • Gochugaru (red pepper flakes): 6 spoonfuls
  • Soy sauce: 3 spoonfuls
  • Fish sauce: 2 spoonfuls
  • Sugar: 2 spoonfuls
  • Minced garlic: 1 large spoonful
  • Gochujang (red pepper paste): 1 spoonful
  • Beef Dashida (MSG seasoning): 1/2 spoonful
  • Black pepper: 1/2 spoonful
  • Green onion: 1 stalk
  • Cheongyang chili peppers: 3
  • Enoki mushrooms: to taste
  • Perilla leaves: 5 leaves
  • Soaked glass noodles: a handful

Recipe 🍳

  1. Fill a pot 2/3 full with water and add the ingredients below to boil.
  2. Doenjang: 1 large spoonful
  3. Bay leaves: 3 leaves
  4. Whole peppercorns: 1 spoonful
  5. Once the water starts boiling, boil the ingredients below for the specified time.
  6. Boneless chicken feet: 500g (15 minutes)
  7. Beef intestines: 500g (40 minutes)
  8. Beef large intestines: 200g (40 minutes)
  9. After boiling, drain the beef intestines and large intestines as much as possible, then pan-fry them until golden brown on the outside.
  10. Leave about 3 spoonfuls of oil from the roasted beef intestines and large intestines, then add the ingredients below in order and bring to a rolling boil over high heat.
