- Pork: 400g
- (Any pork is fine, such as shoulder, butt, belly, or neck)
- Soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Cooking wine: 2 tablespoons
- Corn syrup: 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Dark soy sauce: 1 tablespoon (If you don't have dark soy sauce, add 1 more tablespoon of soy sauce)
- Minced garlic: 1 tablespoon
- Minced ginger: 0.3 tablespoon
- Black pepper: 0.3 tablespoon
- Cooking oil: 3 tablespoons
- Warm water: 1.2L
- Anchovy sauce: 60ml
- Sugar: 50g
- Lemon juice: 40ml
- Minced garlic: 20g
- Minced carrot: 30g
- Minced onion: 30g
- Minced bird's eye chili
- Rice noodles
- Salad greens
- Perilla leaves
Recipe 🍳
- Marinate the pork with the following ingredients. 1) 400g pork 2) 3 tablespoons soy sauce 3) 2 tablespoons sugar 4) 2 tablespoons cooking wine 5) 2 tablespoons corn syrup 6) 1 tablespoon oyster sauce 7) 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce 8) 1 tablespoon minced garlic 9) 0.3 tablespoon minced ginger 10) 0.3 tablespoon black pepper.
- Heat cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the pork. 1) 3 tablespoons cooking oil.
- In a bowl, combine the following ingredients to make the sauce. 1) 1.2L warm water 2) 60ml anchovy sauce 3) 50g sugar 4) 40ml lemon juice 5) 20g minced garlic 6) 30g minced carrot 7) 30g minced onion 8) Minced bird's eye chili.
- Boil the rice noodles in boiling water.
- Arrange the following ingredients on a plate to complete the dish. 1) Rice noodles 2) Sauce 3) Salad greens 4) Perilla leaves 5) Pork.
- Marinate pork in soy sauce, sugar, and cooking wine, then stir-fry in a pan.
- Prepare a sweet and sour sauce using fish sauce and lemon juice as a base.
- Dip cooked rice noodles, stir-fried pork, and vegetables into the sauce before eating.
