Ingredients needed 🛒2 servings
- pork : 500g
- cornstarch : 0.5 tablespoon
- black pepper : 0.2 tablespoon
- vegetable oil : 4 tablespoons
- ginger : 20g
- onion : 60g
- minced garlic : 15g
- soju : 70ml
- mirin : 70ml
- light soy sauce : 70ml
- sugar : 2 tablespoons
- cabbage
- green onion
- lemon juice
Recipe 🍳
- Mix 500g of pork with 0.5 tablespoon of cornstarch and 0.2 tablespoon of black pepper.
- Heat 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan and stir-fry the pork until cooked.
- Once the pork is cooked, add 20g of ginger, 60g of onion, and 15g of minced garlic, and stir-fry together.
- In a bowl, combine 70ml of soju, 70ml of mirin, 70ml of light soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons of sugar to make the seasoning sauce.
- Add the seasoning sauce to the pork and stir-fry until the sauce reduces.
- When the sauce has reduced, add cabbage, green onion, ginger, and lemon juice to finish.
- Coat the pork with cornstarch and black pepper, then pan-fry until golden brown.
- Stir-fry in ginger, onion, and garlic, then pour in the sauce made from soju, mirin, soy sauce, and sugar, and reduce it.
- Once the sauce has thickened, add cabbage and green onion and stir-fry together to finish.
