  • Corn Syrup: 12 Tablespoons
  • Cabbage: 1 handful
  • Eomuk (Fish Cake): 2 sheets

Recipe 🍳

  1. Add 3 tablespoons of cooking oil to a pan and stir-fry 200g of beef brisket.
  2. When the beef brisket is half-cooked, add a handful of scallion greens and stir-fry until the beef brisket's surface is fully cooked.
  3. Temporarily set aside the stir-fried beef brisket and scallion greens.
  4. The pan used for stir-frying the beef brisket and scallions will be used as is, so do not wash or wipe it.
  5. Add the following ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  6. 1 Apple
  7. Remove the core and seeds from the apple before adding.
  8. 1/2 Onion (for large onions)
  9. 1 Cheongyang Pepper
  10. 2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
