Recipe

Place the Digestive biscuits in a zipper bag and crush them finely.
Line a cake pan with parchment paper, add the melted butter and finely crushed Digestive biscuits, and mix together.
Press flat with a spoon and refrigerate until firm.
In a bowl, combine 400g of room-temperature cream cheese, 80g of sugar, and 2 eggs, and mix.
Add 150g of fresh cream and mix once more.
Pour the finished cream mixture over the crust and bake in a 190°C oven for 30 minutes.
Remove the cake from the oven and refrigerate for at least 5 hours to finish.

Mix melted butter with finely crushed Digestive biscuits, press into the bottom of a cake pan, and chill until firm.
Combine room-temperature cream cheese with sugar, eggs, and fresh cream, and mix until smooth to make the filling.
Pour the filling over the Digestive crust, bake in the oven, then cool thoroughly to finish.
