- Cocktail shrimp: 50g
- Egg: 1
- Potato starch: 2 tbsp
- Salt: 0.5 tbsp
- Pepper: 0.5 tbsp
- Bread crumbs
- Cooking oil
- Avocado: 2
- Diced tomato: 120g
- Diced onion: 80g
- Cheongyang chili pepper (to taste)
- Cilantro (to taste)
- Olive oil: 3 tbsp
- Lemon juice: 3 tbsp
- Honey: 3 tbsp
- Salt: 1 tbsp
- Mayonnaise: 3 tbsp
- Sriracha sauce: 2 tbsp
- Condensed milk: 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
- Butter
- Bread
- Lettuce
- Cheddar cheese
Recipe 🍳
- Add the ingredients below and make the shrimp mixture. 1) 250g minced shrimp meat 2) 50g cocktail shrimp 3) 1 egg 4) 2 tbsp potato starch 5) 0.5 tbsp salt 6) 0.5 tbsp pepper.
- Shape the shrimp mixture into rounds and coat evenly with bread crumbs.
- Pour plenty of cooking oil into a pan and fry the shrimp patties until golden brown on both sides.
- While the shrimp patties are cooking, combine the ingredients below in a bowl to make guacamole. 1) 2 avocados 2) 120g diced tomato 3) 80g diced onion 4) Cheongyang chili pepper 5) Cilantro 6) 3 tbsp olive oil 7) 3 tbsp lemon juice 8) 3 tbsp honey 9) 1 tbsp salt 10) 0.5 tbsp pepper.
- Combine the ingredients below in a bowl and mix to make the sauce. 1) 3 tbsp mayonnaise 2) 2 tbsp sriracha sauce 3) 1 tbsp condensed milk 4) 1 tbsp lemon juice.
- Melt butter in a frying pan and toast the bread until golden brown.
- Spread the sauce on the toasted bread, then layer the ingredients below to complete the burger. 1) Lettuce 2) Shrimp patty 3) Guacamole 4) Tomato 5) Cheddar cheese.
- Mix minced shrimp and cocktail shrimp with egg, potato starch, etc. to form patties.
- Coat the shrimp patties in breadcrumbs and fry or bake; make avocado guacamole.
- Spread sauce on toasted buns, then layer lettuce, shrimp patty, guacamole, tomato, etc.
