- avocado 3 pieces
- salad greens small amount
- cream cheese 100g
- lime juice 66g
- olive oil 30g
- honey 5g
- salt 2 pinches
- cilantro 2~3 stems
- pepper a pinch
- salad dressing appropriate amount
Recipe 🍳
- Place 2 well-ripened avocados, 100g cream cheese, 66g lime juice, 30g olive oil, 5g honey, 2 pinches of salt, and 2–3 stems of cilantro into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Transfer the finely blended avocado cream into a piping bag.
- Pipe the avocado cream onto a wide plate in an appealing shape, spreading it evenly to form the base.
- Slice the remaining avocado thinly and place it on top of the cream, arranging fresh salad greens around the edges for decoration.
- Lightly sprinkle pepper on top, then drizzle with your preferred store-bought salad dressing to finish.
- Blend 2 avocados, cream cheese, lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, and other ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Pipe the avocado cream onto a plate and layer sliced avocado and greens on top.
- Sprinkle with pepper and your favorite salad dressing to complete.
