• 1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
• 5 tablespoons seasoned soy sauce (or Jin-ganjang)
• 3 tablespoons cooking wine
• 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
• 1 tablespoon maesil syrup
• 4 tablespoons gochugaru
• 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika powder
