- 5 shrimp
- 4 cloves garlic
- A little ginger
- 1 red chili pepper
- A little cilantro
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 100ml heavy cream
- 1/2 lemon
- Some olive oil
- A little salt
- A little pepper
Recipe 🍳
- Thread the cleaned shrimp onto skewers side by side.
- Slice the garlic, thinly julienne the ginger and red chili pepper, and finely chop the cilantro.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, place the shrimp skewers, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Once the shrimp are cooked, push them to one side of the pan or remove them temporarily. Add the sliced garlic to the remaining oil and sauté.
- When the garlic becomes fragrant, add the red chili pepper, ginger, curry powder, and heavy cream. Stir well to combine and bring the sauce to a simmer.
- Add the chopped cilantro and lemon juice to the sauce, then return the cooked shrimp to the pan, tossing to coat. Gently simmer over low heat.
- Plate by spooning a generous amount of the curry sauce onto a dish and arranging the shrimp skewers on top.
- Skewer the shrimp and prepare the garlic, ginger, red chili pepper, and cilantro.
- Sear the shrimp skewers in a pan until golden on both sides.
- In the same pan, make the sauce with garlic, ginger, red chili pepper, curry powder, and heavy cream.
- Add cilantro and lemon juice to the sauce, then simmer the shrimp together to finish.
