Recipe 🍳
- Finely mince the shrimp, then mix with regular frying powder and knead into a flat, round patty shape.
- Coat the surface of the shrimp patty evenly with dry chicken frying powder to form a crispy batter.
- Heat plenty of cooking oil in a pan, then fry the shrimp patty until golden brown and cooked through.
- In the same oil, add the bacon and fry or pan-fry until crispy.
- Lay fresh lettuce on the prepared tortilla, then place the homemade shrimp patty and bacon on top in order.
- Drizzle mayonnaise, mustard sauce, and chili sauce evenly over the top, then sprinkle a little parsley powder.
- Fold the bottom of the tortilla upward, then fold both sides inward to wrap securely.
- Mix minced shrimp with frying powder, coat with chicken frying powder, and fry until crispy.
- Cook the bacon in the remaining oil, then place lettuce, shrimp patty, and bacon on a tortilla.
- Drizzle with three sauces and parsley, then fold the tortilla to wrap and finish.
Cooking tips 💡
- Rather than mincing the shrimp completely fine, leave some pieces slightly coarse to maintain a better texture when bitten.
- When making the shrimp batter, if there is too much moisture, it can fall apart, so adjust the amount of frying powder accordingly.
- Lightly toasting the tortilla in a pan before use makes it more chewy and helps maintain its shape when wrapping.
