- tofu 1 block
- bean sprouts 1 bag
- onion 1/2
- green onion 1/2 stalk
- green chili pepper 1
- red chili pepper 1
- gochugaru 2 tablespoons
- sugar 1.5 tablespoons
- minced garlic 1 tablespoon
- gochujang 1 tablespoon
- light soy sauce 2 tablespoons
- anchovy sauce 1 tablespoon
- sesame oil 1 tablespoon
- sesame seeds a pinch
- monosodium glutamate a pinch
- vegetable oil as needed
Recipe 🍳
- Mix gochugaru, sugar, minced garlic, gochujang, sesame seeds, light soy sauce, anchovy sauce, sesame oil, and monosodium glutamate to prepare the sauce.
- Cut tofu into thick slices, and chop onion, green onion, and chili peppers into appropriate sizes.
- Heat a pan with vegetable oil, then grill the tofu on both sides until golden brown.
- Place bean sprouts, onion, green onion, and chili peppers generously on top of the grilled tofu, then pour the prepared sauce over.
- Steam by gently sautéing over medium heat until the sauce is fully absorbed and the bean sprouts are wilted.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients.
- Cut the tofu and prep the vegetables.
- Grill the tofu until golden brown in a pan with oil.
- Top the tofu with vegetables and sauce, then cook until the sprouts are wilted.
