Recipe 🍳

  1. Cut the beef short ribs into thick, bite-sized pieces.
  2. Slice the radish into thick rounds, chop the onion and green onion into large chunks, and cut the pumpkin into bite-sized pieces after removing the seeds.
  3. Place the prepared short ribs and radish into the pressure cooker, add water just enough to cover, and simmer until the meat becomes tender.
  4. Transfer the cooked short ribs, radish, and natural broth into a deep pan or pot.
