- minced fresh kimchi 3 tablespoons
- starch powder 2 tablespoons
- mozzarella cheese as needed
- cheddar cheese a little
- savory soy sauce a little

- Cut 3 potatoes into suitable pieces and place them in a microwave-safe container, then cook for 8 minutes.
- Immediately mash the cooked potatoes while still hot using a tool until smooth.
- Mix the mashed potatoes with minced fresh kimchi and 2 tablespoons of starch powder, then knead well to form a dough.
- Take a portion of the dough, flatten it, add mozzarella and cheddar cheese, wrap it up, and shape it into a square.
- Heat oil in a pan, place the potato bread on it, and bake while lightly brushing savory soy sauce on both sides until golden brown.
- Cook potatoes in the microwave for 8 minutes, then mash them.
