- radish as needed
- clam meat 1 handful
- water 1.2L
- seafood dashi 0.5 tablespoon
- soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- minced garlic 1 tablespoon
- green onion 1 stalk
- green chili pepper 1 piece
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of black pepper
Recipe 🍳
- Slice the radish thinly and flat, and finely chop the green onion and green chili pepper.
- In a pot, add 1.2L of water, 0.5 tablespoon of seafood dashi, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic.
- Add the chopped green onion and green chili pepper, then simmer until the radish becomes transparent and soft.
- Once the radish is fully tender, add the cleaned clam meat to extract its oceanic flavor.
- Add a pinch of salt to adjust seasoning, then sprinkle a little black pepper for extra taste.
- Gently simmer for about 1 minute more while the clam meat is still in the pot, then finish.
- Slice the radish thinly and chop the green onion and green chili pepper finely.
- Add radish, dashi, soy sauce, garlic, and vegetables to the water and simmer until the radish softens.
- Finally, add the clam meat and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, then simmer gently for 1 minute.
