  • radish as needed
  • clam meat 1 handful
  • water 1.2L
  • seafood dashi 0.5 tablespoon
  • soy sauce 1 tablespoon
  • minced garlic 1 tablespoon
  • green onion 1 stalk
  • green chili pepper 1 piece
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of black pepper

Recipe 🍳

  1. Slice the radish thinly and flat, and finely chop the green onion and green chili pepper.
  2. In a pot, add 1.2L of water, 0.5 tablespoon of seafood dashi, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic.
  3. Add the chopped green onion and green chili pepper, then simmer until the radish becomes transparent and soft.
  4. Once the radish is fully tender, add the cleaned clam meat to extract its oceanic flavor.
  5. Add a pinch of salt to adjust seasoning, then sprinkle a little black pepper for extra taste.
  6. Gently simmer for about 1 minute more while the clam meat is still in the pot, then finish.
