Okjubu's Crunchy Chili Chicken

Ingredients needed 🛒2 servings

  • chicken (wing or thigh) 500g
  • green chili peppers 3
  • minced garlic 1 tablespoon
  • salt a pinch
  • pepper a pinch
  • breadcrumbs 3 tablespoons
  • tempura flour 3 tablespoons
  • curry powder 1 tablespoon
  • red pepper powder 1 tablespoon
  • parmesan cheese powder 1 tablespoon
  • parsley powder 1 tablespoon

Recipe 🍳

  1. Poke holes in the chicken with a fork to allow marinade to penetrate evenly.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, then mix in chopped green chili peppers and minced garlic. Toss well and let marinate.
  3. In a ziplock bag, combine breadcrumbs, tempura flour, curry powder, red pepper powder, parmesan cheese powder, and parsley powder to make the coating mixture.
  4. Place the marinated chicken into the bag with the coating mixture and shake well to evenly coat.
  5. Arrange the chicken on the air fryer tray without overlapping.
  6. Air fry at 190 degrees until golden and crispy on the outside.

  3. Prepare a coating mixture with tempura flour, breadcrumbs, curry powder, and other spices.
  4. Put the chicken and coating mixture in a bag and shake to coat evenly.
  5. Air fry until crisp and golden.
