- chicken (wing or thigh) 500g
- green chili peppers 3
- minced garlic 1 tablespoon
- salt a pinch
- pepper a pinch
- breadcrumbs 3 tablespoons
- tempura flour 3 tablespoons
- curry powder 1 tablespoon
- red pepper powder 1 tablespoon
- parmesan cheese powder 1 tablespoon
- parsley powder 1 tablespoon
Recipe 🍳
- Poke holes in the chicken with a fork to allow marinade to penetrate evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper, then mix in chopped green chili peppers and minced garlic. Toss well and let marinate.
- In a ziplock bag, combine breadcrumbs, tempura flour, curry powder, red pepper powder, parmesan cheese powder, and parsley powder to make the coating mixture.
- Place the marinated chicken into the bag with the coating mixture and shake well to evenly coat.
- Arrange the chicken on the air fryer tray without overlapping.
- Air fry at 190 degrees until golden and crispy on the outside.
- Poke holes in the chicken with a fork and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix in chopped green chili peppers and minced garlic.
- Prepare a coating mixture with tempura flour, breadcrumbs, curry powder, and other spices.
- Put the chicken and coating mixture in a bag and shake to coat evenly.
- Air fry until crisp and golden.
