  • cabbage 1 head (1 slice from center section)
  • mozzarella cheese 1 handful, generously piled
  • butter 1 tablespoon (about 15g)
  • salt a pinch
  • pepper a pinch
  • parsley powder a pinch

Recipe 🍳

  1. Wash the cabbage thoroughly, then cut it into thick, steak-like pieces, keeping the whole head intact without making it too thin.
  2. Insert toothpicks around the edges of the sliced cabbage leaves to keep them from separating during cooking.
  3. Melt butter in a heated pan, place the prepared cabbage on top, and lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Once the cabbage is tender and soft, pile generous amounts of mozzarella cheese on top, cover with a lid, and melt the cheese over low heat.
  5. When the cheese is golden and smoothly melted, transfer to a plate, remove the toothpicks, and sprinkle with parsley to finish.
