Lee Hye-jung's Bulgogi Vegetable Stir-fry

A neat vegetable bulgogi stir-fry where potato, Korean piman pepper, and onion are lightly stir-fried separately to preserve their crunch, then quickly combined with bulgogi stir-fried in sesame oil.

Cooking tips

  • If you stir-fry the vegetables together with the meat from the start, they will release moisture and become limp, so the key is to stir-fry them separately and combine at the end.
  • When seasoning the meat, add the cheongju first and massage it in to cleanly remove off-odors and tenderize the meat.
