Recipe

Lay out one sheet of phyllo pastry and brush water evenly over the entire surface with a brush.
Place another sheet of phyllo pastry on top without wrinkles, pressing it down firmly to adhere.
Repeat the same process once more to attach a total of three layers of pastry.
Using a cutter about 1.5 times larger than the tart mold, press down to cut out the pastry.
Lightly brush water on the inverted side of the tart mold, place the cut pastry on top, and press gently to secure.
Cover with another mold, press lightly, and stack them 4 to 5 layers high.
Bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees Celsius for 20 to 30 minutes.
Let cool slightly, then remove from the molds. If desired, briefly place in a 180-degree Celsius oven to add a golden color.

Layer three sheets of phyllo pastry, brushing water between each layer to adhere.
Cut out with a desired shape cutter and secure onto tart molds.
Bake in a 160-degree Celsius oven until golden to finish.

Cooking tips

If phyllo pastry is unavailable, spring roll wrappers can be used, though the texture may be slightly stiffer.
Pressing the pastry too firmly into the mold can make it difficult to remove after baking, so press only lightly.
Store butter-brushed baked tart shells in an airtight container with a moisture absorber to keep them crispy longer.
