  • 200g biscuits
  • 80g melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon coconut powder
  • 1 pack strawberries
  • a few blueberries
  • 150ml whipping cream
  • 150g cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
  • a little powdered sugar

Recipe 🍳

  1. Place the biscuits in a zipper bag and crush them, or finely grind them in a blender until powdery.
  2. Add the melted butter and coconut powder to the crushed biscuits and mix evenly.
  3. Line a tart mold or round pan with parchment paper, then press the biscuit mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom and up the sides.
  4. Shape the base and place it in the refrigerator or freezer for at least 1 hour to set firmly.
  5. In a bowl, whip the whipping cream. In another bowl, mix the cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then fold together to create the cheese cream.
  6. Wash the strawberries thoroughly and dry completely, then slice thinly for decoration.
  7. Remove the firm biscuit base and spread the strawberry jam evenly on the bottom.
  8. Fill with the prepared cheese cream and smooth the top with a spatula.
  9. Arrange the sliced strawberries tightly from the edge to the center in a flower pattern, placing blueberries in any gaps.
  10. Finish by dusting lightly with powdered sugar on top.
  1. Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter, press into a mold, and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour to set.
  2. Combine whipped cream, cream cheese, and sugar to make the cheese cream, and slice the strawberries.
  3. Spread strawberry jam on the set base, fill with cream, top with strawberries and blueberries, and dust with powdered sugar.

Cooking tips 💡

  • When pressing the biscuit mixture into the mold, use the bottom of a cup or a spoon to pack it tightly so it holds its shape when cut.
  • Make sure the strawberries are completely dry to prevent the cream from thinning or the tart from becoming soggy.
  • Adding a few drops of lemon juice to the cheese cream gives an even fresher and cleaner flavor.
