• 2 tbsp gochugaru (heaping)
• 2 ½ tbsp soy sauce
• 1 ½ tbsp anchovy fish sauce
• 1 tbsp plum syrup
• 1 tbsp minced garlic
• 2 pinches unrefined sugar
• 1 tbsp whole sesame seeds (lightly crushed)
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
