Slice 3 whole garlic cloves thinly, and finely chop 1 chili pepper.
In a small bowl, mix one-third teaspoon brown sugar, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon oyster sauce, and 2 teaspoons water to prepare the seasoning sauce in advance.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat, then add the prepared paprika and sliced garlic. Sauté over medium heat for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds to infuse the oil with aroma.
Once the vegetables are just cooked through, add the diced fish cake and the pre-mixed seasoning sauce all at once. Increase heat to medium-high and stir-fry.
Cook for about 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly, then reduce heat to low and add half a teaspoon of jujube syrup. Quickly toss until the dish glistens.
