Recipe

Soak the potatoes in water for 5 minutes, then gently scrub them with a brush to clean and cut out any blemishes.
Using a wooden chopstick, pierce the cleaned potatoes deeply on both sides to make holes.
Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and arrange the potatoes neatly.
First, bake at 200°C for 25 minutes.
Turn each potato over, then bake again at 200°C for an additional 15 minutes.
Make a slight cut down the middle of each well-roasted whole potato, split it open, and place on a plate.
Serve with salt, Greek yogurt, yeolmu kimchi, or as desired.

Wash the potatoes clean, then pierce holes with a wooden chopstick.
Place in the air fryer and bake at 200°C for 25 minutes, then flip and bake 15 minutes more.
Cut open and serve with salt or Greek yogurt.
