Recipe

Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly under running water.
Set the air fryer to the lowest temperature (about 150°C).
Place the sweet potatoes in the air fryer and cook for 25 minutes to dry out the moisture inside.
After 25 minutes, reset the air fryer to the highest temperature.
Cook for an additional 20 minutes until the honey-like juices seep out to the surface.
Let the roasted sweet potatoes cool completely.
To prevent them from sticking together, place the cooled sweet potatoes individually into plastic bags.
Store the bagged sweet potatoes in the freezer.

Wash the sweet potatoes clean.
Cook in the air fryer at a low temperature for 25 minutes to dry out moisture.
Cook at the highest temperature for an additional 20 minutes to maximize sweetness.
After cooling, place individually in plastic bags and store in the freezer.
