  • carrot 1/8 piece
  • butter 1 tablespoon
  • pizza cheese 1/2 cup
  • milk 2 tablespoons
  • mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
  • breadcrumbs 1 cup
  • vegetable oil as needed
  • ketchup 2 tablespoons
  • sugar 1 tablespoon
  • gochujang 1/2 teaspoon
  • Tabasco sauce 1 teaspoon
  • barbecue sauce 1 teaspoon

Recipe 🍳

  1. Finely chop the onion and carrot and set aside.
  2. Sauté the chopped onion and carrot in a heated pan until they are lightly browned and moisture has evaporated.
  3. Place the steamed potatoes in a bowl while still hot and mash them smoothly.
  4. Add the sautéed vegetables, butter, pizza cheese, milk, and mayonnaise to the mashed potatoes in sequence, mixing thoroughly while kneading to form a cohesive dough.
  5. Take a portion of the dough and shape it into a ball, then mold it into a cute rabbit shape with ears, legs, and tail.
  6. Coat the entire shaped dough evenly and thoroughly with fine breadcrumbs.
  7. Fry the coated dough in oil preheated to 160 degrees Celsius until the exterior is golden and crisp.
  8. Mix ketchup, sugar, gochujang, Tabasco, and barbecue sauce together to create a spicy-sweet sauce, then serve alongside the finished dim sum.
