- onion 1/4 piece
- carrot 1/8 piece
- butter 1 tablespoon
- pizza cheese 1/2 cup
- milk 2 tablespoons
- mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
- breadcrumbs 1 cup
- vegetable oil as needed
- ketchup 2 tablespoons
- sugar 1 tablespoon
- gochujang 1/2 teaspoon

- Finely chop the onion and carrot and set aside.
- Sauté the chopped onion and carrot in a heated pan until they are lightly browned and moisture has evaporated.
- Place the steamed potatoes in a bowl while still hot and mash them smoothly.
- Add the sautéed vegetables, butter, pizza cheese, milk, and mayonnaise to the mashed potatoes in sequence, mixing thoroughly while kneading to form a cohesive dough.
- Take a portion of the dough and shape it into a ball, then mold it into a cute rabbit shape with ears, legs, and tail.
- Coat the entire shaped dough evenly and thoroughly with fine breadcrumbs.
- Fry the coated dough in oil preheated to 160 degrees Celsius until the exterior is golden and crisp.
- Mix ketchup, sugar, gochujang, Tabasco, and barbecue sauce together to create a spicy-sweet sauce, then serve alongside the finished dim sum.
