• 150g onion
• 50g carrot
• 3 button mushrooms
• 1 cup milk
• 1.5 cups water
• 1 cup Jin-ganjang
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 3 tbsp cream soup powder
• 1/2 cup canned fruit juice
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 tbsp chicken stock
• 5 tbsp starch powder
• 1 egg
• 2 cups breadcrumbs
• a pinch of salt
• a pinch of black pepper
• a splash of cheongju
• vegetable oil for frying
