Pour the corn can through a colander to completely remove all moisture.
Place corn kernels on a cutting board and gently mash them using the side of a knife.
Mix the mashed corn with 3 tablespoons of flour (or starch) and a small amount of egg liquid to form a dough that isn’t too sticky.
Wet a spoon with water and scoop out bite-sized round portions of the dough.
Fry the dough balls in preheated oil until golden and crispy, then remove them.
Lightly coat the serving plate with vegetable oil or sesame oil before placing the finished paps on it.
In a pan, add sugar and a small amount of oil, then stir over low heat until it turns into a rich brown syrup.
