- pork shoulder 150g
- onion 1
- doubanjiang 1/2 tablespoon
- oyster sauce 1/2 tablespoon
- vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
Recipe 🍳
- Cut the onion into large bite-sized pieces, and chop the pork into manageable chunks.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan, then add the pork and stir-fry first.
- Once the surface of the meat is cooked, add the doubanjiang and oyster sauce, and stir-fry for about 1 minute to let the seasoning fully penetrate the meat.
- Add the sliced onion and continue stir-frying, mixing well with the seasoning.
- Turn off the heat when the onion has slightly softened but still retains some crispness, then transfer to a serving plate to finish.
- Chop pork and onion into bite-sized pieces.
- Stir-fry the pork, then add doubanjiang and oyster sauce to season.
- Add the onion and stir-fry until crisp-tender to finish.
