  • Lemon juice: 1 spoon
  • Milk: 1 spoon
  • Red chili pepper
  • Yuja (Citron) preserve: 2 spoons

  • Sesame seeds: 1 spoon
  • Malatang sauce
  • Oyster mushroom
  • Wood ear mushroom

Recipe 🍳

  1. In a pan, add the following ingredients and stir-fry. 1) Cooking oil 5 spoons 2) Green onion 3) Garlic 4) Chili pepper 5) Gochugaru 3 spoons 6) Jinganjang 3 spoons 7) Vinegar 3 spoons 8) Sugar 1 spoon 9) Oligosaccharide syrup 1 spoon.
  2. Add dakgangjeong, mix well, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and finish.
  3. First, boil the Buldak Bokkeummyeon.
  4. Place the dakgangjeong on top of the well-boiled Buldak Bokkeummyeon.
  5. Mix the following ingredients to make the supreme sauce. 1) Mayonnaise 50g 2) Sugar 1 spoon 3) Lemon juice 1 spoon 4) Milk 1 spoon.
  6. Top the Buldak Bokkeummyeon with supreme sauce and seaweed flakes to complete. 1) Supreme sauce 2) Seaweed flakes.
  7. Add the sauce included in the Millefeuille Nabe meal kit and water, then boil.
  8. Mix the following ingredients to make the sauce. 1) Chili pepper 2) Red chili pepper 3) Jinganjang 3 spoons 4) Yuja preserve 2 spoons 5) Minced garlic 1 spoon 6) Sesame seeds 1 spoon.
  9. Dipping the Millefeuille Nabe in the yuja sauce makes it even more delicious.
  10. If you get tired of eating Millefeuille Nabe, you can add the following ingredients and boil to enjoy it as malatang. 1) Malatang sauce 2) Oyster mushroom 3) Wood ear mushroom 4) Dried tofu 5) Bean curd skin 6) Beef.
  1. In a pan, stir-fry cooking oil, green onion, garlic, cheongyang chili, gochugaru, soy sauce, and vinegar to make the sauce.
  2. Add chicken nuggets, mix well with the sauce, then stir-fry with buldak noodles.
  3. Finish by drizzling a sauce made with mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, and milk.
