  • Cooking Oil: 1L
  • Scallions: 300g
  • Garlic: 50g
  • Minced Ginger: 20g
  • Pork Belly: 800g or Pork Fat: 400g
  • Pork Scallion Oil: 3 tablespoons
  • Eggs: 3
  • Soy Sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Rice
  • Jjajang Sauce
  • Scallions
  • Tabasco Sauce
  • Pork Scallion Oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Jjajangmyeon
  • Soy Sauce: 0.5 tablespoon
  • Water: 360ml (2 paper cups)
  • Gochugaru (Red Pepper Flakes)

Recipe 🍳

  1. In a pot, add the following ingredients and fry until the scallions become soft. 1) Cooking Oil 1L 2) Scallions 300g 3) Garlic 50g 4) Minced Ginger 20g.
