  • Spam: 100g
  • Cabbage: 60g
  • Onion: 40g
  • Garlic: 30g
  • Water: 180ml (1 paper cup)
  • Jjajang powder or curry powder: 1 tablespoon
  • Rice
  • Fried egg
  • Parsley
  • Water: 5 tablespoons
  • Teriyaki sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Pasta noodles
  • Pasta water: 150ml
  • Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
  • Tomato sauce: 4 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Pepper

Recipe 🍳

  1. Add the following ingredients to a pan and stir-fry. 1) 100g mashed spam 2) 60g cabbage 3) 40g onion 4) 30g garlic.
  2. Add the following ingredients to the stir-fried spam and vegetables and mix. 1) 180ml water (1 paper cup) 2) 1 tablespoon jjajang powder or curry powder.
  3. Top the rice with the following ingredients to complete. 1) Rice 2) Jjajang sauce 3) Fried egg 4) Parsley.
  4. Add the following ingredients to the stir-fried spam and vegetables and simmer. 1) 5 tablespoons water 2) 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce 3) 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
  5. When the water has almost evaporated, place it on top of the rice and drizzle with mayonnaise to finish. 1) Rice 2) Mayonnaise.
  6. Add salt and pasta noodles to a pot and boil for 6 minutes. 1) Salt 2) Pasta noodles.
  7. Add the following ingredients to the stir-fried spam and vegetables and mix. 1) 150ml pasta water 2) Boiled pasta noodles 3) 2 tablespoons ketchup 4) 4 tablespoons tomato sauce 5) 1 tablespoon oyster sauce.
  8. Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with pepper to finish. 1) Pepper.

  2. Cook the main ingredients in order, following the measurements in the blog.
  3. Check the seasoning and consistency, then plate and finish.
